The first day delivered 13 medals, a tropy and 5 qualified table officials. Congrats to Gavan, Raewyn, Justin, Christine and Chris on getting "knighted" as officials. Now that you are officially qualified, you will NEVER get out of the system again. - The trophy went to Justine as the Woman Open Champion. - Annezka got the required points to qualify for grading to black belt. And, finally, here are the names of the medal winners : Gold - Alex, Justine (2), Emma, Cameron (2), Lewis (2) and Jade. Silver - Cameron, Annezka and Jade Bronze - Brandon.
Day 2 Results
Day 2 of the competition delivered an even better medal return than Day 1. Team Nippon won 22 medals (9 gold, 7 silver, 6 bronze) and the best return happened in the masters division where three of the four masters won gold medals. The unlucky master was Paul Abbey, who missed out on the medals despite winning a match and being competitive in all the other matches. Here are the medal winners : Gold - Kobe, Hollie, Amber, Amaya, Cristyn, Lucy, David, Ronan and Gary. Silver - William Hays, Jonny, Keir, Lenny, Kobe, Zeke and Hollie Bronze - Daniel Ottenhof, Blake, Keir, Phoenix, Cristyn and Elizabeth.
